A rebreather is an apparatus operating with enriched air and recycling the air that you exhale. Instead of being released into the water like in traditional scuba gear, the exhaled air is transferred to an apparatus that recycles the air and recharges it with oxygen to be sent back to you.
This system allows you to remain longer underwater with a reduced volume of air. In addition, you will be much less intrusive in the water since the noise emitted by the bubbles normally released is almost non-existent, with only a very tiny quantity of air being released into the water: you can thus get much closer to fish.
Course on Dolphin / Atlantis, or Ray
Minimum age: 15 years old Training consists of 3 dives; 2 days
Special Prerequisites: - Be a PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent) with ten logged dives after having obtained the certificate or having been certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. - Be a certified PADI Enriched Air Diver (or equivalent).
