Acquiring PADI Specialty Instructor certificates will allow you to offer additional courses and more specialties of primary interest to your students. Professionally, it is a qualification in demand by PADI centres and resorts.
The training of a Specialty instructor is done with a Course Director that teaches you how to organize, promote, and lead PADI Specializations courses. This course strongly emphasizes the importance of specializations in the training of divers.
Under the direction of a Course Director, you will learn how to present and promote the relevant specialization course, apply the main standards to the local conditions, explain and train people in a natural environment, while demonstrating the mastery of all of the objectives of the course and performing as required in open water. All of the specializations that are taught to diving students have their corresponding instructor specialization.
The acquisition of specialties allows you to advance your professional career, especially towards the PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer qualification.
